What does the Y-Strap do to your body?
It decompresses the spine in a straight line, along the Y-Axis of the body, without any rotation, contortion, or shearing of the spine. By using the Y-Strap, we are able to deliver a swift decompression within the vertebral discs that generates a vacuum, allowing nutrients to flow into those discs.
Is Y-Strap chiropractic adjustment safe?
Like any spinal adjustment, they are safe if performed by a licensed Chiropractor. Part of what makes the Y – Strap adjustment stand out is that it does not utilise rotational manipulation of the spine. This puts less stress on the spine as there is no bending or twisting involved.

Had mid back pain since Feb 2022 and could not sit at all .have been trying to find help eversince. Paid lots of money with Dr’s but not feeling any better. Nov 2022 saw them on tiktok and thought I should try them.
